• Only for persons 12 years and below

• Eligibility for SSSC Group Order Service

How do I sign up?

Download and complete the appropriate Membership Application Form - Adult or Junior.

You can sign up via any of the following ways:

1. Approach a member of the SSSC Management Committee at any of our events and hand in your completed application form with payment in cash.
2. Mail your completed appplication form with payment in cheque, crossed and made payable to Spurs Supporters' Club (Singapore), to:

3. Scan and email your completed application form to membership@spurs-sg.org. We will revert with bank funds transfer details (DBS/POSB only).
